Fears flying insects

Dear Judy

My daughter Roxy has a fear of flying insects and starts screaming if one gets near her. Last week one flew into the car and she screamed so loud I had to pull over as I couldn’t drive with her making all the noise. You should have heard all the cars hooting at us, it was a nightmare. I thought there would be an accident. I shouted at her to stop but that just made it worse. What should I do if heaven forbid, it happens again?
